SMI Experiment Center
SMI has discontinued service and support
In 2017, SensoMotoric Instruments (SMI) has discontinued all products as well as service and support. If you find yourself in a situation with a non-functional remote eye tracking system by SMI, we do have a solution for you.
With our LogicOne you simply replace your eye tracker without the need to change anything on the software setup. The main advantages are:
- Keep the simplicity and features of the SMI eye tracking hardware
- Save costs – no need to change the experiment software
- Save time – no need to change the experimental setup
EyeLogic supports SMI Experiment Suite 360° and iViewX SDK
We are proud to offer a special compatibility for customers of the former eye tracking manufacturer SensoMotoric Instruments who still conduct their research with the SMI Experiment Suite 360° product. This unique integration aims at active users of this software suite, which offers a full experiment designer (SMI Experiment Center), a complete analysis solution (SMI BeGaze), as well as the powerful iViewX SDK.
With the help of the EyeLogic integration easily use the LogicOne remote eye tracker alongside existing remote eye tracking systems, like RED4, RED250, RED500, RED-m, RED250mobile, REDn Scientific without any effort. The LogicOne is the best alternative for replacing defective SMI eye tracking hardware and at the same time keep your research ongoing with existing studies and analysis including experiments, SMI applications and SMI scripts.
To sum up the LogicOne allows to use:
- all existing SMI experiments and analysis
- all existing own-written SMI scripts
- developed applications with the SMI iViewX SDK without the need of customization
(this includes all languages and 3rd party applications, which have been supported by the iViewX SDK, like E-Prime, NBS Presentation, Python and Matlab)
